Shipping and Returns
How do I order online, but pick up my order in the store?
  So, you live near us - but found a really great product with a really great price on our website?
Take advantage of that price, but save on the shipping - come pick it up at Zinger.  We like visiting with you and seeing your surprise and delight when you discover a fantastic new gadget, gift, or gizmo!  You know you will find something wonderful every time.

Here's how you do it:
Place your order just as you would normally, then at checkout you will be prompted for your preferred shipping method, just choose "In-Store Pickup" from the drop-down menu.  We'll call you when it's ready for you to pick up!

Please note:  We usually have the products on hand in the store - but we may not have it ready for you immediately.  If you have questions about whether a product is currently available for pick-up immediately in store, please call 512-381-8111 and ask for Claudia or Ray.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and then proceed to the Checkout page.  Here you will see and option to calculate shipping for your zip code for various shipping methods.   You may also choose to pick up your item at our store location to save on shipping charges.  If you are ordering a large item that ships by truck, you will be contacted with a freight quote after your order is placed.  If you would like a freight quote for large items prior to ordering you may email me or call Claudia at 512-381-8111.
How do I return my product?
  You may bring the item by our store location along with your receipt for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund will be issued in the same tender in which it was received. Checks require 10 business days to clear and refund will be issued in cash. Merchandise must be in resellable and like-new condition. Returns exceeding $250 must be returned within 48 hours and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If more than 30 days have passed, upon inspection of the product, we may be able to offer you a merchandise credit for the original purchase amount.

If you are unable to come by our store, you may ship the item back to us within 30 days of reciept for a refund of the original purchase value of the merchandise.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours via email or call 512-381-8111 within 72 hours of receiving the product.  Please ask for Claudia or Ray.
What is your return policy?
  We value you as a customer and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We carefully inspect all products before shipping, please let us know immediately if anything has been damaged during shipping so we can arrange for a replacement product.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note the item should be in resellable, like-new condition. Many of our furniture items are special order and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
